Therapists offering group therapy for people who have had paranormal experiences

November 10th, 2024

According to one recent survey, the majority of America has had at least one paranormal experience. Although there isn’t any specific data on how many people suffer from a haunting or struggle with psychic gifts, it seems reasonable to believe that there are at least thousands of people at any given time struggling with paranormal experiences.

Many people who experience the paranormal may be reluctant to talk about it, out of fear of judgment or being “locked up.” Two therapists are trying to change that.

Ryan Buell and Dr. Darin Wallis are offering group therapy for people who have had, or are currently having, paranormal experiences. The group therapy will be an eight-week program and will be offered entirely online through Telehealth. As of right now, participants must reside in either Texas or Colorado in order to sign up due to state mental health laws.

The group therapy is open to people who have had a diverse range of paranormal experiences.
